Website
NoxWin utilise a gold/brown, green, yellow and white for their website – a colour scheme which isn’t the most aesthetically pleasing. The content is crammed into a narrow frame in the middle of the page, which makes everything look squeezed. Customers would benefit from more width.
A conventional layout is followed, with the list of sports down the left hand side of the page, each accompanied by a logo. The number of bets is also indicated with each discipline, and there is a useful search bar which enables users to quickly access their desired markets. The centre of the page plays host to popular upcoming events, and the right hand side of the page hosts the bet slip and access to help and support.
NoxWin have a downloaded mobile app, which is compatible with iPhone, iPad, Android, and other devices. Customers are pretty much able to complete any action they would be able to on the desktop, barring access the live casino. Everything works smoothly.
Languages
The website can be viewed in English, French (Quebec), Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Portuguese (Brazilian) and Romanian. Customers can switch between different translations of the site in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Markets
Odds are available for a total of 21 different sporting disciplines. Whilst this number does not compete with the established forces in the bookmaking world, it is certainly respectable. Football is by far the most popular, and has nearly 10,000 bets available at any one time. Basketball, tennis and ice hockey all rank towards the top in terms of number of leagues and markets, and although there are a fair number of other sports such as rugby union, golf, handball and horse racing, the markets for each are very shallow, with only a limited number of betting opportunities for punters.
The football coverage is solid. There are odds for matches from 29 different countries around the world, with European and World competitions also priced up. The overriding focus is on English football, with over 2,500 bets commonplace (next most comprehensive coverage is in Germany where there are typically around 1000 bets). In England, all of the professional leagues have odds, and prices extend down to the Isthmian League. For the English Premier League and Championship, there are typically around 70-75 additional bets for each game, with several different Asian handicap lines, total goals, correct scores etc. all available. This number of bets per game is reasonable, but nowhere again not towards the top of the market.
Betting on horse racing is confined to ante-post markets. Having a full UK & Irish horse racing service requires a fairly large trading team, as odds are prone to move rapidly, and smaller and new firms often lack the resources to manage.
Overall, while the number of markets are decent, the actual content is very football centric. The beautiful game is the highest grossing sport for the overwhelming majority of bookmakers, but NoxWin appear to put all their eggs in one basket in terms of market depth.
Odds
The competitiveness of odds can be determined by the total book percentage of a market. The total book percentage is calculated by equating all odds in an event into percentages, and then adding them together. A 100% book would indicate that there is no inbuilt profit margin, so a number as close to that figure, is desirable.
To get a snapshot of NoxWin’s competitiveness, odds from three matches across different sports were compared with Betway, Skybet and William Hill:
Football – West Ham United v Crystal Palace:
NoxWin – 105.8%
William Hill – 106.1%
Skybet – 106.7%
Betway – 108.0%
Tennis – Richard Gasquet v Andreas Seppi
Skybet –104.7%
Betway –106.2%
William Hill -107.8%
NoxWin –108.6%
Ice Hockey – New Jersery Devils v Arizona Coyotes
William Hill – 103.7%
Betway – 104.6%
Skybet – 105.6%
NoxWin –109.1%
NoxWin perform best when it comes to the football, but are least competitive with both tennis and ice hockey. This seems to fall in line with the company MO.
Promotions
NoxWin offer a 50% welcome deposit for new customers, up to a maximum of €75. (Minimum deposit to qualify is €20). By inputting the bonus code ‘BONI75’ when signing up, the concession is activated.
The rules of the bonus are fairly simple – the bonus amount plus the initial deposit must be turned over 8 times at minimum odds of 1.75, before it can be withdrawn. Any bet amount over €50 will not be counted towards the wagering requirements. Customers from Belarus, Greece, Serbia and Ukraine are not eligible for the promotion. Perhaps the most stringent terms are that customers have only 20 days from receiving the bonus to meet the wagering requirement. If the turnover is not met (for the maximum bonus, this would be €1800), then the bonus funds and any associated winnings are surrendered. This promotion is disingenuous, as customers who don’t read the fine print will be very unlikely to turn over such a large amount in such a short period of time.
Customer Services
The contact us page simply has an e-mail contact form that can be used to send any queries/complaints/questions. There is a live chat function, powered by Com100, but no telephone number is given.

Our Verdict
For customers who want a little variety when it comes to their football betting, NoxWin can be recommended. They offer a reasonable number of markets and their odds are decent when compared with many of their rivals. The odds for other sports are not nearly as competitive though, and there is not much market depth for anything other than football. To legitimise themselves and gain market share, NoxWin need to improve other sports, and could benefit from focusing on a few niche disciplines to differentiate themselves. The sign up bonus has strict terms and conditions and users who fail to read the small print, can be caught out. Loosening the rules for the concession and providing a telephone number for customer services are other improvements NoxWin could make.
